In fact, someone just stole my copy! Darn it. Today, June 17, the New Riderss website, maintained by the company that publishes the book, say that it is curreently out of stock. It's been that way for quite awhile. Soon my university bookstore is going to need about 44 copies for my fall classes (taught partially in Second Life). I sure hope they print some more.
